Yes. If you have forgotten your Merlin Annual Pass or SEA LIFE Annual Pass, you can still gain entry.
Please approach the ticket counter on arrival and speak with a member of the team. We will be able to look up your Annual Pass in our system.
To verify the pass, you will need to present photo ID and the credit or debit card used to purchase the Annual Pass.
If the details match the Annual Pass on record, we will locate your pass and email a copy to you, allowing you to access it on your phone and proceed with entry.
