Merlin Annual Passes are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once they have been purchased.
When purchasing an Annual Pass, you are buying access to the included attractions for the validity period of the pass. For this reason, change-of-mind cancellations or refunds are not available after purchase.
However, your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply. If a remedy is required under Australian Consumer Law, this will be assessed and provided where applicable.
